Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born 13 June 1962 in America, is an actress. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group with actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American author and actress for over twenty years. The early 1980s were when she began her career in film with the crime thriller film Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal's film also starred Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In the following film after her debut, she appeared in 1985's comedy and drama The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club has been hailed as among high school cinema's best films. It was produced for less than $1,000,000 however it made more than 50 million dollars. Additionally, she began being featured in various shows on TV such as CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. Since April, 1980, the show was an adolescent-oriented show. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that featured her in. The show Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. Also, she appears as a character in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is a brief cameo. Her amazing performance has earned numerous accolades, such as her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
