Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three children.
